tension, 2nd act would be the dark act... where things
really start to get nasty. Near the end of it, we could
have a complication in the Sanctuary, and have the
Demon metamorphose (Though not seen in camera)
and overpower Godzilla
DarthMeckju (1:45:46 AM): And the final act, would be
the overcoming of the obstacles
Homyguy Ze (1:45:57 AM): putting the Godzilla fight into
the second act?

second act taking place almost entirely within the
sanctuary

character's perspective, wondering rather than seeing

know? The only thing we have to go on are the sounds
and vibrations that everyone inside is doing their best to
ignore

we'd do both in the 2nd act (It would be the largest act
by far)
DarthMeckju (1:48:28 AM): Cut from the battleish bits,
and then do 2 minutes of searching the sanctuary, then
back to outside, then back in

Homyguy Ze (1:48:42 AM): what about just cutting it
right down the middle?
Homyguy Ze (1:49:02 AM): We get a taste (although a
big one) of the battle going on outside, and then we
have to imagine the rest within the sanctuary

see things starting to get bad, and then we're back
inside the sanctuary for the remainder of the act

character's perspective

both worlds

That audience might view it as a cop out, but we'll have
to figure out a good way to dismiss that notion

poignancy in denying the audience some things, though

Hollywood blockbusters don't seem to realize

really nice shot of G and the demon battling in the
background, seen through the window, as it is suddenly
shut closed by someone

effort in, and they can tell
DarthMeckju (1:51:40 AM): But we still get to tell the
same story

open the window of light fluttering in, exagerrated for
effect, as a lot of HMCs stop what they're doing and
look over, suddenly tense and uncomfortable at having
their protection and safety removed, and then see them
go back to normal after it closes

and you're watching the battle going on, the camera

we hear a loud series of noises, something implying that
something crazy is about to happen
DarthMeckju (2:45:25 AM): Once Lock and Toad see
the meteorites, I think, to their left or something in the
distance, one of them should crash into the Default
Sanctuary, obliterating it and then giving them the willies
Homyguy Ze (2:45:26 AM): leading into the arrival of the
Demon
Homyguy Ze (2:45:39 AM): hahaha
Homyguy Ze (2:45:44 AM): that would be awesome!
Homyguy Ze (2:45:55 AM): the hair on Lock's body
standing up on end

Really scary actually, if, throughout the sanctuary, the
lights flicker a bit... everything goes silent, and we see
chairs hopping around and metal flooring bending, all
towards one single direction, then cut to the cell scene
DarthMeckju (2:46:59 AM): A few reaction shots,
because everyone would kind of 'recognise' the danger

DarthMeckju (2:47:35 AM): So how's that as a start to
the 2nd act? Just a few scenes of life in the sanctuary,
and then that starts up

second act in half like I mentioned earlier, the bored
